Kathleen has over 20 years experience in holistic health care. She is successful in helping clients manage chronic pain, overcome injury limitations, experience greater flexibility, and reduce stress. She is accomplished in developing immediate rapport with clients, providing warm reception and attending to each individual’s needs to facilitate the healing process – or simply help them achieve a state of total and blissful relaxation.

Kathleen has trained and practiced in multiple modalities of integrative therapeutic body work, including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Therapy, Neuro-somatic Integration, Polarity, Muscle Balancing, Orthobionomy, Hot Stone Massage, Acupressure, Therapeutic Exercise and Self Care Skills.
