Amanda’s practice is integrative and experiential in nature. Her approach seeks to help people release somatic tension and restore a tangible sense of body/mind reunification and enhanced wellbeing.  Individual uniqueness is carefully regarded, and sessions are tailored to personal needs. Sessions can be focused on a singular healing modality or combine several approaches.

A subtle interweaving of body movement, release and relaxation uncover a renewed sense of self, sparking rejuvenation, increased awareness and personal empowerment.
